CEO and Founder, Norman C. Massry leads West Point Security LLC.   Norm earned his Bachelor of Science  in National Security from the United States Military Academy at West Point an his Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. In addition to being a seasoned compliance attorney, Norm is also a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP). 

Norm has over fourteen years of experience in information security governance, operational risk management, audit of information systems and networks, incident response and business continuity and disaster recovery. Norm is also skilled in cybersecurity risk and performance indicators, information security risk awareness and education, and incident response, and has helped organizations comply with NIST Special Publication 800-53, IRS Publication 1075 Federal Tax Information (FTI) requirements, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) requirements. Norm served for over eight years as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the NYS Department of Health and for over six years as a technology attorney for the NYS Office of Children and Family Services.

West Point Security has been providing cybersecurity consulting services to a wide variety of entities, including the MTA and NY/NJ Port Authority, the NYS Empire Development Corporation and dozens of colleges and universities, engineering firms, businesses and healthcare organizations, advising them on areas related to information security governance, risk, and compliance.  Norm is currently the Vice President of the Albany InfraGard Members Alliance, a public-private partnership with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Norm formerly held board positions with the Regional Food Bank of Northeast New York, the Albany Institute of History and Art and the Teresian House Foundation.

West Point Security LLC is certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the NYS Office of General Services  and the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office.
